As you see i am doing a brand new FX for the Tesla weapons the necrons newly received due tactical genius WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD!
Now i am a bit uncertain about the color the FX should have.
I mean green lightning is abit overused i guess, en plus Tesla weapons use ordinary elektricity which has is in usual Oxygen athmosphere a blue-ish appearance but then again the color for Necrons is green ALL over the place again :P. You see my problem here so people say what it's your favorite way the tesla should go from visual appearance? My favorite is by the way the blue lightning :P :ME GUSTA:

I'd say blue as it makes the Tesla weapons stand out, would look awesome with blue lighting spreading through infantry. I presume the Tesla weapons will be able to spread to nearby infantry, even though they're not the unit targeted?
I really, really like the blue. That being said, green matches the rest of Necron stuff.
My vote goes to green.
Green. Stays true to the Necron Gauss weaponry that way.
Blue, like all the other tesla weaponry in fiction. Green tesla weapons look too much like standard Necron gauss weapons.
green is their gauss weapon. this is a new weapon the tesla :)

The green would make it the Necrons Gauss tech, if you want tesla then it should be blue.
Necrons and green lasers is like Superman and red capes.
Sure green is the national Necron beam colour, but making it all green is just plain confusing. It's either stay with the rest of the greens or be something new and alien entirely. I go with green. Leave the blue lightning to some other race.
Maybe give the Tau a lightning gun for their battlesuits like in District 9.

Even tho Blue looks better i just can't imagine Necrons with anything other then Green. So yeah i vote for Green.
Well, I agree that tesla should look diffrent than gauss. But not blue, it's just not necron like.
What about black with green? this way if done correctly it'll easily stand out without it being non necron like.
Or a diffrent collor than black, who knows?
