This patch is cumulative — you do not need to install previous patches. This patch contains all the past fixes, but if you already have all or part of the previous patches, it will not affect anything.
Interface:
— new, more convenient item comparison window;
— improvements to the upgrade window: displaying the characteristics of the modified item;
— the ability to turn on/off the HUD using the Numpad+/Numpad keys-;
— more responsive map management;
— articles in the guidebook now go from new to old;
— added fonts for 4K resolution;
— the ability to view titles from the main menu.
Balance and trading:
— adjusted the properties of some artifacts;
— adjusted the characteristics of weapons and armor;
— some inhabitants of the Zone have been rearmed;
— reduced battery discharge rate;
— corrections of damage from anomalies and incorrect appearance of artifacts in some of them;
— changes in the contents of some caches;
— big edits to trade, balance, drop items from corpses;
— a "Miscellaneous" section has been added to the smuggler, an assortment update during the game and voice acting when the goods can be picked up;
Locations:
— at the Cordon, it became possible to go through the quest "Work for Combos" using stealth;
— some edits for the Dump, the Bar, the Dark Valley and its dungeons;
Localization and text:
— added German localization (Stachelhaut, Alufolie);
— Chinese localization has been added (PastaAnchovy, MPB-TDOA and others);
— a separate group for translators has been added to the credits;
— text corrections for Russian and English localizations.
Among other things, many corrections have been made on various aspects. Some of them treat rare crashes or moments where the plot might have stopped.
For those who are already in the process of playing and have installed patch 1.5, we strongly recommend going to the userdata folder (it is located in the folder with the game) and deleting the shaders_cache_ts and levels_cache_ts folders from it — this is important in order to avoid bugs and crashes associated with changing the geometry of locations!
Hi. Is there a way to rebind the map and inventory key?
Just from main menu go to Options -> Controls, there you have key bindings for "Backpack" and "Map"

Is it possible to disable monster respawn?
I too am still waiting for this. The respawn rates are insane...
Superb update. I know is not an important thing but it gives me eyetick looking at the first gast mask or in cinematics, looks horrid without the suit hood on, and I know sunrise/tourist or freedom bodysuit have hood. As I said is a st**** thing and not important haha
Oh and btw, I dont know if its intended or what, but would be nice more mechanics to upgrade our equipement or something to travel/teleport to cordon, is really annoying to do such long trips to the very first part of the map just to upgrade and then go back again

If i read correctly i dont have to install this because i have 1.4 patch and with this one i have no improvements right?
Did you read the patch notes? I see a few improvements to be honest
From my understanding, it means you:
- Install the base game files
- Copy over the 1.5 patch as it is cumulative (contains all the patches from 1.1 up to 1.4 plus things for 1.5)
- Delete the two folders (shaders_cache_ts and levels_cache_ts folders) inside the game folders per the patch instructions(https://www.moddb.com/mods/true-stalker/downloads/true-stalker-patch-151) at the end: Imgur.com (2nd image)
- Start the game

Please add an option of fast travel
I love True Stalker and the upgrades it provides especially the user interface and map design. Better graphics and usability is exciting.
Those icons are my favorite! Fantastic job. I hope that this will eventually become the new Stalker Anomaly OpenXray in time.
There is a graphical glitch with True Stalker 1.5. There is a layer of 0's behind the correct information as shown here:

I deleted the two folders before starting the game after the patch as instructed.
Please adjust/improve the story as dozens of people have complained about the character being knocked unconscious. It is a common criticism.
Invisible walls like on the train tracks are no fun as well.
I agree with the requests of others. Please also bring in some features to OpenXray that Stalker Anomaly has such as:
- **Fast Travel to map icons with right click and then left-clicking on a popup like it is in Stalker Anomaly.
- Debug menu to adjust carry weight, spawn items, ammo, monsters, etc.
- Settings to adjust gameplay like the MCM Menu for very easy to very hard gameplay on the fly

If you want to use the Debug menu and other carry weights u can download my addons, I reactivated this features.
I don't know if they will build in the Debug menu again because I released it after consultation with a developer.
do i need to download all of the true stalkers patch? i have seen so many commments talking about how they should download all the true stalker patch to prevent bug. I'm just asking since my game ran well only with the 1.4 True Stalker patch
ok so..... i have tried downloading the 1.5 patch and delete the ts_level cache and ts_shader cache and the only problem i have now is that i can't open option. Because everytime i tried to open it, my game ends up crashing
me too, I cant even play new games
game crashes when play new games or open options at main menu, of course i deleted shaders_cache_ts and levels_cache_ts folders and patches 1.1 to 1.4. I wonder is there still bug in bin folder in 1.4 patch so I didn't patch it. 1.5 either.
Is this the reason for crash?

I have wierd graphics glitch when I enter garbage from cordon during quest Scientist in trouble. The only thing i can see is grass, everything else is invisible including enemies. Anyone encountered this too?
Same problem here. Only grass and skybox by entering garbage from underground labor x18, after update to 1.5!

Well, sadly, after installing 1.5 patch, and deleting the two cache directories, then loading current save game, I now crash on startup.
Fortunately, V1.4 still works, so restored to that and am proceeding onward... hopefully, a working V1.5.1 will eventually be released.
