The eventual plan was to give these to a Nod subfaction "Black Hand" as per the TS story Nod was in disarray and the Black Hand where a predominent break away.
They where to be similar to Nod only using older cheaper tech (TD Style) having no access to cyborgs but also having a few of there own unique things too.

Does this mod work with the decade install?
It should work fine with TFD, however if you experience any problems check out the forum which is linked on the main moddb TSR page.
