Looking good!

Visually impressive without the usual bloom-overload.

I really like the shell impact effect. It's, in a word, "classy".

There is no impact effect here, the projectile didn't hit the ground yet.

That's what the shell looks like? Classy.

yeah, a bight blue glow. I'd use a yellow glow and fire and plasma and smoke and weed and stuff, but that's not half as fancy-dandy and would differ from the glo-stick style of GDI Railguns :P

i know that the glowy effect is awesome..but a railguin fires a depleted uranium round..not a laser...just an observation

This isn't a laser. Nor is it depleted uranium, which would probably explode in the rails anyway. These are tungsten rods covered in a special ablating material.

Reminds me Tiberium Essence one but with some improvements ;) I've got a question - what impact effect will be when projectile hit the ground? :>

right now, that of a standard tank shell, but I'll do something about that.

..but there's no need to do so because the railshot is in fact a solid metal slug flying at high speed. If you are aiming for realism then some dirt up in the air from the impact zone will suffice as a visual effect ^^

Good job on the tracer! 10/10

I know that, but I don't want the same effect for HE shells and Railguns.

Railguns are too awesome for that :P

Don't quite like the rings trailing behind the shell. Looks like a move from Pokemon.
