very good, only problem i have is the rocket pod looks too tall. maybe make it with 2 rockets or 4 in a square

No, I will probably remove the missile pods, and give it the railgun upgrade, since missiles on a Titan would make the wolverines essentially redundant.

Did I read that right? Removing the missiles? Why? They look so awesome... Besides, you could always have them as ground-only or unguided, perhaps as an anti-structure weapon...
Heavy firepower seems to be GDI's thing. And it would be awesome :D

Almost like the original Titan, just sleeker and looking more advanced, which is only logical. I like this design a lot. The rocket-pods are a smart choice, seeing how the cannon would fire only very slowly. Rail-Guns on the other hand would be even more awesome.

Slowly? Hell naw, the Titan's main gun is a 120mm Revolver cannon...It has a pretty high RoF.
