I need to nerf these snipers, by either disabling them from attacking buildings, or greatly reducing the damage done to buildings. 4 of them and your base is shishkabab xD

you should reduce the damage vs building
i hate the fact that thre is a unit that cant attack somthing alse on the battlefield (exept for vs aircrafts)

What the hell are you on about? Surely it's just a matter of building cheap rifle squads and over-running these guys?
Or has disabling squads increased snipers effectiveness that much?

Wha-What Happened to The Scrin Epic Ships? :P

If these Snipers used Railguns then the Slug they would be Firing would Deal Damage to Structures but the Damage would not be on Such a Large scale that A Squad of them Could easily engage and Eliminate A Hostile Base, In order for a Squad of Snipers to Accomplish such a Feet either the Material The Base is Constructed out of is Easily Destroyable or The Size of the Railgun and Slug is so Massive it would be Impracticable for them to use such a Weapon.

Therefor we must Assume the Type of Railgun they Have is Specified for Use against Infantry and Light Vehicles But Does NOT Prevent them from Pointing the Gun at a Building and Firing thus the Conclusion to this Problem is to Reduce the Damage to Buildings To Maintain a Realistic Balance. . . Or you Could Disregard all of the Above.

Note: Snipers are NOT Known for Blowing up Bases with Railguns although it is Possible for them to Plant Charges on Structures that Deal Damage but not Destroy said Structure to Maintain a Balance Between the Heavy Sniper and the GDI Commando.

why not have them be a spotter or use a laser designator (or somthing) for off map artillery for buildings.

No, 'They' as in the devs of Tiberian Apocalypse, I earlier said I'd remove juggernaughts but decided against it later, he apparently didn't read the 'later' then.
