Tiberian Apocalypse is a Partial Conversion for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars with the goal to create a true Tiberian Sun sequel. GDI, Nod and the Scrin are getting a complete overhaul.

It's sound, not light.
The shiny's just a visualisation because stuff suddenly resonating apart while the dish is pointed at them doesn't really work when you want folks to get what's going on.

Well, you could have it so that the whole ground in front of it starts shaking. But I like the light-up effect. Maybe if it mixes the light with the shaking ground and rubble, then it would look very nice.

Great idea, it reminded me of the Sonic tanks from the Dune universe. Those were awesome and, after all, both vehicles are supposed to do pretty much the same thing. And the shaking would really feel much more like sonic waves than that bright-light visualization used in C&C 3.
