just playing it now, try and fix some of the bugs people are saying, but dont take any of the poo poo they're giving you, and guys, its a DEMO, nothing will be perfect!:)
Sorry guys, i have not been working on mod for ages, but now i am starting full version today (January 27 2013) Sorry to keep you waiting, i had other things to do.
Sadly I cannot use flashlight, Lantern instead... I will upload different screen shots when i have finished the full version.
Also I am taking away quite a few of the potions oil etc... to make it harder and more exciting. Batteries will sadly be replaced with oil.
But guys thanks for your support and being patient and i hope you can enjoy the custom story when it's completely ready, and i hope you didn't just come here because of the flashlight because that will be unavailable. Estimated finished by March 2013 otherwise i will finish before,
Please leave a comment if you notice any bugs/Glitches in demo so i know what to fix.:D

Flashlight is NOT working here either....
AND..
when u pass the room with the grunt will attack you... there is a red door leadin to somewhere... doesnt say where..
when u want to go back to the grunt that door ERROR..
there is NO script on that door....
Fix that...
AND there are tons of walls NOT there or glithcing!!!
fix all that and put more items\enteties there.. its tooo empty!

ok, i manned up and played it and i was seriously impressed :D, lol im not such a fan of horror but i relaly like the puzzles, loved how the door simply just breaks at the end of the demo and that the demo hasnt given away too much of the story i hope, but i would like to give some feedback. When i first encountered the monster it didnt even really come at me, could b changed :D. also i almsot missed picking p the torch >.< perhaps you could make it so that if u try to open the door with the key it could say sometihng like "its looks dark, id better find some sort of light osurce". I also found that i was compleelty loaded up on tinder boxs and battery's etc, now im not sure how long this wil be, but if its reasonably short your being too merciful to the player :D thanks for this amazin custom story demo, 10 out of 10!!
Im about to play it, lol was jus wonderng, are the pleny of those cheap jump scares or is it more puzzle based gameplay with monsters beign set off after i complete something. Im a total wimp :\
I didn't have flashlight there... I found it and when I tryed it, it was lantern! What's wrong?
i don't think some files were downloaded when you downloaded them, but i think you can fix it. Your not suppose to do this to get flashlight for the mod working, but you can try copying penumbraFlashLight and DigiByteFlashLight folders from custom_stories/thewill/models/hand_object/lantern to the main models folder in your main amnesia root into amnesia the dark descent/models/hand_object/lantern and copy them in there.
Then go back to will mod go back into models then player then hands then copy flashlightanimations folder into main models folder then player/hands then there, also if there are any files in thewill models folder that aren't in the main one copy those files into the main models folder in the right places too.
Then go to thewill then entities/item then copy those 2 folders into main amnesia entities folder then item folder then you should be good to go.
Btw, please awnser back here to me to say if the freetorch, pews or the table lamp are working or not because if they are thats good and the flashlight should work, if not then i will try to figure out whats happening :)
