Interesting design! I really like how you have some elements of Gondorian architecture in there as a reference to the civil war background, while maintaining a distinct style with a darker stone type. Lovely work :)

Amazing Work! I can't wait to take in these masterpieces in-game. I already know Harad will be my favorite faction.

I don't know which of AotR's factions are my favourite, it's more of a list.

In terms of gameplay look and size, will the citadel be bigger than the current biggest building aka Spire of Sorcery ?

It's smaller than Dol Guldur's Spire of Sorcery.

Amazing possibly the one I dig above all others.
It also has a similar look to that of the crusader outposts of the Templars in the middle-east during the age of the crusades.
Bravo I got hyped as hell.

‘In the wake of the Gondor Civil War the sons of Castamir, rightful heirs to Gondor, and others of his kin, having fled from Gondor in T3A 1447, set up a small kingdom in Umbar, and there made a fortified haven. They never ceased to make war upon Gondor, attacking its ships and coasts when they had opportunity.’
