Age of the Ring Patch 8.3.1 file

Do we need this 8.3.1 if we had no troubles with the launcher? It's the same size as 8.3. Does it just pick and choose what to replace on the patch we got just last week?

I installed it from the launcher with the bfme 2 1.06 patch, then I installed rowtk 2.01, it works great, but then I downloaded the 2.02 v9.0.0 switcher and after installing it, when I start the game, it says "base game file not found, application will exit" what could be wrong? What do I do wrong ? I followed the instructions step by step

Must reinstall only bfme2 again is the base game.... some times happens to me too ...good weekend

Hello, I'm encountering an issue with the MOD AOR. The problem is that when I enter the game menu, the in-game cursor doesn't align with the menu, preventing me from accessing the Gameplay mode. I can only navigate through the menu, and the game seems to freeze, eventually closing on its own. This issue started occurring since Patch 8.0.
Is there a way to fix this issue through a description, a tutorial, or a video clip, or do I need to download any additional patches for a solution?

Добрый день, есть проблема с сохранениями в режиме Сражение, играю за Мордор, все сохранения работают, но как только покупаю Саурона и сохраняюсь ним, сохранения больше не работают, неоднократно проверенно, если у меня есть Саурон, эти сохранения больше не загружаются и выбивают ошибку. I'm having trouble with the Adventure Map Generator. When I try to generate a map, it says "Could not find map name in mapcache.ini. Your custom map may not have a good name or description". What's wrong?

Also, where can I find the models the Two Blue Wizards (Alatar and Pallando)? Tried finding them in aotr\data\ini\object\goodfaction\units, but cannot find them.

You guys are amazing. Your team has brought me lots of nostalgia and joy. Thank you so so so much for creating/supporting this with such dedication and care. I wish i had the money to support you guys. I hope someone thinks of a way to support all the dedicated devs of this world that spend their time and talent on such wonderful projects so many enjoy. This is the only RTS I bother to play. I have played many others however since I was a kid the LOTR rts games set the tone for what i enjoyed in them. I pray that this mod reaches the point of what the devs/community desire. thank you again

Everything is good, no crashes or bugs. But have problem with some graphics effects - no fire, lighting or other effects.

Why is it that after installing the patch, the game shortcuts are removed and only aotRoptions remains? I tried to download everything again, on different disks, nothing.

An exceptional job, the only thing I see that can be improved is that when playing the war of the ring, the same powers emerge for the good factions, since each faction should have their own powers. When playing with the dwarves in war of the ring it only lets me take Dain's dwarves, when in quick battle it gives you the option of taking Thorim's company. I think that should be corrected and you should be given the option to choose between some heroes or others. It's not a criticism, it's just things that I think should be changed. For everything else, it is an exquisite work and very similar to the movies and books.
I love it.

Hello, could you recommend how to have a smooth performance without lag? I mean the age of the ring mod and generally old games sometimes lag with new laptops/PCs. Could you suggest any ways to fix the lag and improve the performance, thank you in advance.

hello! i installed the latest patches of 8.3 and 8.3.1 and when i try to run the game it doesnt run and two messages appear on screen. the first is api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll missing from your computer and when i close this message, another one appears saying fatal errordetected Error loading Python DLL 'C:\Program Files (x86)\AOTR8.0\aotr\zAotROptions\python310.dll'.LoadLibrary
