BDIZZLE356 Are the imperial Russian units specifically attached to the absolute monarchy government type? If not, then they should be, so that when the revolution happens, the collapse of Russia is total and complete. Having the imperial Russian units attached to the absolute monarchy government type would mean that when the revolution occurs, all imperial Russian units are disbanded, and the generals as well, because this is what happened historically. It would force the player to create the Red Army like what happened historically, because historically the Bolsheviks had to create an entire new army because the old Imperial Army that served the tsar and the provisional government had totally disintegrated.

If it is possible, after the revolution, the general roster should have new generals which were soviet generals historically, like Simeon Budyonny, the general with an army of cavalry.

Yes, Russian units are tied to government types and disbanded when a revolution happens.

That's not possible for generals though. Their recruitment can be checked by government type, but they can't be disbanded through it.

Is it possible for the general's unit to change though?

don_durandalBDIZZLE356 Will there be nay unique White Russian troops with their distinct uniforms? For example, Kornilov,Drozdov,Markov,Alexeyev "colour" regiments? Some of these were issued British uniforms with volunteer insignia.

They are not a priority since they are emergent. They will most likely just use the Russian Empire units.

I am pretty sure the star should be fully red, without the white edge. That how it was during the civil war. White edge more related to WW2.

Ah ok. When I was researching it the red star with the outline came up for the air force and was adopted in 1927 but that was when they officially became the Soviet Union.

I'll change it to a solid red star since its more indicative of the civil war era.

Thanks. I think for fast reference you can use this wiki article in russian "Опознавательные знаки военно-воздушных сил". Its also showing evolution of insignias over the time. For some reason equal article in english does not have such nice table(
imho, this roundel variant would fit the best

Tell me please:1) I have version 5.1.5 is worth, but it does not have French tanks .where can I get a FT-17 reno? 2) the patch 5.1.5 is installed, but the launcher writes 5.1.4. So it should be? 3) on the last German artillery gun in battle, you can use gas, but in the company can not. All the research has been studied ,what is the problem

How come Soviet Russia is called Russian Empire in the picture? Will that be changed or is that not possible?

Also, I thought the mod uses the RSFSR flag and not the Soviet Union one?

The name of the faction can't be changed for different government types.

Funny to see the shoulder straps because they did not use them in the Red Army until 1943, as it was considered a sign of a previous regime, i.e the White forces like imperial and/or republican-bourgeoisie.

Campaign models are tied to factions. They can't be changed for government types. Only the colour can be changed.

So no, we can't make a strap-less version for Soviet Russia, otherwise default Imperial Russia won't have them either.
