Read the description. They are marines of the Seebataillon. These still wore their pre-war dark blue uniforms until 1915.

Those were parade uniforms. They were not worn on campaign.
Ingame the Kürassiere will wear their historically accurate field uniform, which is field-grey.
its too bad. Not only is World War One the end of the era of great European empires and monarchies but its the end of the era of bright, colorful, flamboyant uniforms in war. Its a shame really.
