We finally deciphered the flag system such that we can add new flags so here is Estonia! finally...
So we can hope for others, like Bulgaria and Luxemburg?
There's no place to put those factions. Estonia has its own region so that's why we added them.
Why is Estonia an absolute monarchy and its state religion Orthodox Christianity?

Is it possible to play baltic states in costum battles and such? or to someday even be able to play in campaign as Estonia was a free state after Russian Empire signed a peace treaty with the Germans and the block was created between russia and german and austria hungary. Estonia remained free and was under attack turning ww1 as well by the newly formed USSR which failed to capture estonia and estonia also went and freed Latvia from the formed USSR
