Ignore the faction colors! They will be restored to vanilla, or slightly-modified vanilla, before release!
The new colors are better than vanilla.. Times have changed.

They are an 'Agent piece', Probably for spying on enemy armies, I doubt that you will have them in game.

For me all okay just I don't like the Austria-hungary color they should use white for them nad Rsussia should be green only if it is not in revolution.
