Is he some kind of hybrid between Altmer and Dunmer? His skin is too dark to be pure blood Altmer. Altmer have yellow-ish skin not gray.
While we're at it, isn't "Altmer" both singular and plural?
I love the model. :)
His cognomen will be "Pale", if I correct.

Check back to Morrowind, not all Altmer are chicken-yellow.
