This is a Team Fortress mod for the PC game Star Trek Voyager Elite Force.
DEscriptION:
Star Trek based "Team Fortress" (Super-Specialties) with a total of 10 BALANCED classes, 14 new weapons, great TEAM play and new abilities.
FEATURES:
Sentries, cloak on demand, walk through walls, borg transporter technology, airstrikes, health stations, armor stations, tricorder radars, disguising holograms, ignite enemies on plasma (fire), Inverse Tractor Beam (grapple), lasersights, improved bot code, infect enemies and much more.
10 Classes: Trooper, Guard, Scout, Commander, Hologram, Engineer, Plasma Specialist, Demolitionist, Medic and Sniper.
14 Weapons: Inverse Tractor Beam, Particle Gun, Bioweapon, Grenade Launcher Type II, Ion Ripper, Plasma Cannon and improvements on the other weapons. Compression Rifle works on locational damage. Some weapons now have recoil and "camera shaking".
It works online, offline or on a LAN and it works with or without bots. :D

This mod is a recreation of the well known mod "Instagib". Since the patch of Elite Force to version 1.20 killed off the original one because of incompatiblities...
I had started to rewrite this mod from scratch during the pandemic. With the idea it would be a 3.0 version with lots of improvements and some changes, but I haven't coded on it in almost a year now. I would say its about 40%-60% of where it needs to be. Odds are it won't happen for a long time though.
Classes will keep their original specialties names but change a bit and some from 2.0 are gone. If you played 2.0 you know there are new weapons, bot improvements, bug fixes, balancing, etc to the old Specialties gamemode. Samething here, but I think I found even more things to fix and improve.

*Sniper
*Technician - character is more about having cool tech, not done yet
*Demolitionist
*Heavy Weapons Specialist
*Guard - same as 2.0, almost done
*Engineer - can build tech and use some cool tech, not done yet
*Hologram - this class hasn't been re-coded at all yet
Plasma Specialist and Commander are gone and some of their abilities will probably go to other classes. An older version of TE had a Morale Officer, that was gone I think in v2.0, it was a funny idea, but wasn't super useful.

I just nabbed this thing and it's kinda okay. I liked it and it was worth the dl thanks for makin it. And uh, to the guy who put it on moddb, I didn't ever think I would see an EF mod here but I finally started lookin around and this one was worth the time to dl. Thanks a bunch again....
