Third Age - Total War
Real Time StrategyThird Age - Total War is a total conversion for 'Medieval II: Total War - Kingdoms Expansion' that brings you into the world of Middle-earth.
Here's the changes you can find in the mod :
- Authentic soundtrack and real sounds.
- Real Armor, Penetration values and combat statistics for all the units.
- New gameplay mechanisms such as smoke shells for tanks, Sub caliber shells for AT weapons, Double time for infantry, Binoculars for recon units and the new trait system.
- 7 new divisions : UK 3rd Infantry, UK 43rd Wessex, US 4th Infantry, US 9th Infantry, US 82nd Airborne, German 1.SS-Pz and German 243. Infantry.
- Entirely new units availability for divisions.
- More than 40 new units.
- Sword map open to 4v4 games.
- New duration for phases and games.
You can easily find the mod in the Steam Workshop. You don't have to use the DLC to play the mod but it's better to have them all to enjoy the mod to its fullest.
