Star Wars: Interregnum is an upcoming mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion that builds off of the highly successful Enhanced 4X Mod. That looks like it should work to me. I might move the E4X BGM up to below E4X SinsRe but I'm not sure if it would matter or not.

If you're wondering because you're having some issues with skyboxes, that's not anything you did. The E4X SinsRe skybox meshes got damaged somehow during packaging and are the problem. We have a corrected copy ready to go and hopefully it will be available soon.

No, the issue I'm having is with weapon damage on shields looking weird.

If it's the actual shield impact effect, that base effect is not modified by Sins:Re or INT:Re, although the microbloom effect may modify the look slightly (I'd have to see it).

If it's that the weapon impact effects are missing then that might be due to an issue in Sins:Re particle shaders and Radeon video cards. This is also fixed internally but not released yet as we're also trying to get some new content finished up for the next update as well. Hopefully that will be done soon.
