What are some tips for fighting these guys? I have one at the Iron Forest and it's eaten up 30 well-placed AKM rounds, and close to 50 pistol rounds. I'm firing slowly and aiming at its core each time, but I have no idea if my shots are doing anything. In vanilla, I could tell they were hurt because my screen flashed blue. But now since I can't stay within close range, I have no idea what my shots are doing. |

1. Shoot into the middle. I killed them quite fast. 2. Shove some F1 grenades toward the bastard, it'll like it. |

Best weapon is the rifle grenade instant death, shoot it as it passes something solid behind it helicopter/wall etc and shoot that They fling hand grenades you throw in other direction so that is tricky. If you can get close cause you were the 10kg helmet you might use a shotgun. I spray them often with a recoil weapon like the FAR-15, UMP but that usually takes a clip and is best done just outside their range. Edited by: Nyayr -- Avoid using autosaves, use hard saves only. A RG-6 is better as you can shoot 6 instead of 1 a time, but I always manage with the underbarrel.
