The stash does get robbed by the drunk in the technician's office, but I always get the note. You can find all three stashes without ever grabbing the memory module, you just won't have the locations pointed out to you. Doing it that way avoids getting cheated.

Thanks for the help, but look at the 3 stash before deblocking the module and I found only 2 letter.

in the Jupiter Factory, the stash was completely empty
