Assaulter specialization Thread - MISERY mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Didn't the assaulter class have low proficiency with SMGs or carabines in 2.1.1? Just noticed that my assaulter has now "medium" proficiency with SMGs and carabines when i seem to remember it had low proficiency with them back in 2.1.1.

I'm not aware of any changes to weapon proficiencies from 2.1.1 to 2.2. Not every weapon of a group, like shotguns, is going to be the same proficiency for a class. Sniper does not have high proficiency for every shotgun AFAIK. In most weapon types, there is at least one or two weapons from the group which will have a higher proficiency for a class which otherwise has difficulty with them.

Yeah but assaulter has no "low" proficiency in any weapon category then?

Are you playing straight MISERY 2.2 or using some addons? AFAIK every class has low, medium and high proficiency weapons.

Straight 2.2. But googling it i saw posts of people mentionning that the assaulter doesn't have low proficency for any weapon class
