STALKER ogg files have their own parameters for volume etc. You can use the SAVandT sound utility to check those and copy them from the original MISERY music files:

Hello there! I wanted to ask how do you replaced the music in the radios, because every time i tried to put some music into the radio files, the game crashes. What i do is that i convert the .ogg files of my custom song into .wav and then i put them into the original Mix with a program. The crashes every time the mix appears.
