The stand-alone mod S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly aims to be the most stable and customizable experience for fans of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. It's powered by the Monolith 64-bit engine, a custom fork of the X-Ray engine.

My system. 16gb RAM There is no main_menu.dds in gamedata, because no addon installed has this file, main_menu.dds is compressed in the .db files from anomaly, it is impossible to remove it. Directx 11 with settings in Ultra and shadow Map in 2048. This memory leak seems to me anomaly itself. I will try to activate Vertycal Sync and see if I get any positive results for this memory leak. |

Bit of a late reply but everything you need to know is this:
There is a problem with file ui_actor_main_menu.dds in the above listed directory. This file is not part of the standard Anomaly installation, and belongs to a mod which you installed. Remove the file, remove the problem. |

He said the file is not in gamedata but it's not supposed to be, it's in gamedata > textures > ui directory. If ui_actor_main_menu.dds is not in that directory, than I would recommend starting the Anomaly Launcher, and pressing Verify Installed Version as it seems there may be a problem with the ui_actor_main_menu.dds from the mod if such a file is indeed not present. Also, I would try starting with "Delete Shader Cache" and "Restore default user.ltx" options checked, as well as "Reset Graphics Settings" enabled with the right resolution and mode. Also, he can try downloading UIMod 1.0 which will essentially replace that file with it's own version (plus the UI looks way better). Edited by: ElShotte |

That crash is unfixable from user-side. Just random xray problem, with AMD support. |

I was able to solve the issue by using the DX to vulcan wrapper. Github.com |
