Scanning Field, stuck quest Thread - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Hi, so im trying to progress on the Scanning Field quest in Zaton.

They want me to analyze the Circus anomaly and they gave me a device (it cannot be equipped on the Detector slot). And if i do right click on the device it says "place" which it just drops it to the ground. I did place it exactly where the PDA tells me to place it but nothing happens.

There is a bug with the Circus Anomaly, it was discussed in this thread Ecologist Scanner Mission Bug?

A solution was to use debug mode to complete the task and then remove the scanner from the game. Launcher the game in debug mode and load your save, escape to main menu and open Debug Menu F7, then press 0 (Zero, not numpad), in Function Executor at the bottom type the following

task_manager.get_task_manager():set_task_completed("jup_b6_scientist_nuclear_physicist_task_1")

Then target the scanner on the ground, use debug mode F7, click Delete to remove it from the game. If the scanner won't delete the first time, pick it up and place it again, then use delete.

In my particular case it doesnt work, its with that mission, it doesnt complete when i delete the scanner
