So, guys, Hello there! After reading a bunch of comments below wuut magazines addon I tired to wait a new update.
After few days I decided to port some world meshes and textures of magazines from A.R.E.A mod into Anomaly.
It is my first try to port something... Enjoy!
Replaces mag models with corresponding ones instead of default cover model.
Attention!!! mod is still developing and some issue or CTD may happens by this addon
Incompatible with BaS.
The existing mags in inventory are not attached to new meshes for some engine reason...
to solve this you may
pull out mags from unloading vest and put it again
Instalation:
First of all you need this addon to be installed
Moddb.com
if not installed anomaly magazines addon, this wont work anyway
then
Just pull gamedata in your anomaly directory and agree with replacement
New game: Not required
Tested only for 1.5.1 im not guarantee stable working on rc version
I would glad to know about issues, so text to the comments down below and describe it!
description of your problem must include:
1) Type of weapon
2) What actual mag you dropped out of your inventory
3) stack trace if you have ctd
Update 0.1: fixed ctd caused by vihr mag
Update 0.2 fixed ctd caused by CZ75 mag
Update 0.3 fixed config lines for CZ52 mags
Update 0.4 fixed lines for Bizon mags and many others
Update 0.5 fixed Ctd caused by missing mag_20_762x39 model
Update 0.6 I've tryied to fix most issues
Future plans: make a BaS compatible version
already made by manzmnl
Moddb.com
Add a previewwww
got this while loading into the cordon

Fixed, thankyou for callback
good idea
very strange, but the addon does not work for me, copied the files over the existing mod, but the models are still not displayed as needed ... maybe other addons somehow conflict?
What actual type of weapon do you use? some weapons may missed and will be fixed soon
He's probably talking about mags already in his inventory before installing the mod. Those ones won't have the new models attached. Some sort of engine thing I guess. Happens with other stuff too.
just pull out mags from unloading vest and put it again
this will create a new one in your inventory
Hey Medic27, thank for your contribution to the community!
I'd like to point out one tiny issue regarding the CZ52, line 268, mag_size and = small are not on the same line, which makes it so the mag can't be right clicked and put in the loadout.
Thank you for a tip, i will fix this as soon as possible!
In wuut_magazines.ltx is a typo, right below this line:
I think it's missing the entire link and should be this:
Also I'm right now creating a compatibility patch for BaS if you don't mind
EDIT: ANother one:
Below this line is a space that shouldn't be there:
Instead it should be:
Also for the FAL 7.62x51 [mag_wpn_fal_7.62x51_fmj] is originally set a mag size of 30, which is wrong. It usually has a size of 20, and so you can also use the proper cal mag model for it. In your script you use this, because of the mag size of 30:
Because so far there is no world model for 7.62x51 with 30 rounds. However, the correct version (real world model) is a mag size of 20, and then instead use this one:
EDIT: In line 197 there is another file path missing:
thank you very much for your help! you are the best!
Hey man,
right at th beginning, under beretta and bizon you got two faulty lines now:
"900x19.ogf"
Like before it's missing the proper file path.
Then right below "mag_wpn_cz75_9x18_fmj" there is a space that's not supposed to be there:
visual = dynamics\magazines\clip_16_
900x19.ogf
That's all that beeds to be fixed in wuut_magazines.ltx
change
log pls ?
Every magazine is shown as functional, but if you empty it then it shows it's damaged. Is there a way i can fix that?
Hi, suddenly I get the following error when entering Garbage. Looks to me like your addon might be responsable.
FATAL ERROR
[error]Expression : <no expression>
[error]Function : CModelPool::Instance_Load

I have the same problem, same error, at same place
Seems i fixed by installing BaS mag models patch for wuut mags, if you're using BaS animations you should give a try
Moddb.com
Yeah, i already knew. I just wanted to inform the addon creator about it. But thanks for the info anyway.
after many hours of play i ran into this issue after talking to a trader

Already Fixed Thank you for callback!
Following up on my above post. It seems the crash is related to FAL mags. I shot an enemy up close who was using a FAL and got the same error. Unfortunately unloading the mod breaks the save as any mag that has been loaded in either in the player's inventory or a trader will cause the CTD while trying to load. Eventually once the player has gained enough rep traders will offer the FAL causing the CTD any time a trader is rendered who has a FAL making the game unplayable. Hopefully the mod author will fix this.

The mag_20_762x39.ogf model is really missing from the mod, i checked, and the crashes are quite justified. We can only wait for the author to upload the missing file to his new version.
change log from last version ?
Update 0.5 fixed Ctd caused by missing mag_20_762x39 model
I'm not sure if I understand this right.
See right below this line:
you will find this line:
Doesn't it require the full path??
like this:
The next one is exactly the same, and it didn't change since the very first release. Is it me? Or did you forget this?

ok the problem was fixed by temporary hotfix provided by sganon, but there are other problems with hover tooltip on suits and reloading any weapon causes a crash
Only two mistakes remaining in current version:
Line 199:
Line 318: There is an unwanted space between "clip_16_ " and "900x19.ogf":

screenshots: Imgur.com
hope you can make a small patch to it
Thanks for this! Everything works well, I spawned all magazines and dropped them, no crashes
Be sure to check for fixes in the comments section from user "manzmnl". Everything works!
