Another main menu mod based off images from S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2. comes with a gritty animated version and still image options along with your choice of "he was a good stalker" or "Три пути" for the main menu music.
Another main menu mod with images from S.T.A.L.E.R 2. This mod changes the background for both the main menu as well as the pause screen, new game, and settings screens. The main menu and pause screen are the image of the Ferris wheel and the others are Rookie Village. Alongside this are two songs that will play in the main menu for you to choose from Included are 4 versions for you to choose from:
- Animated (He Was A Good Stalker) An animated image with “He was a good stalker as the menu’s background song.
- Animated (Три пути) An animated image with Три пути as the menu song
- Picture (He Was A Good Stalker) Still image with He was a good stalker as the background song
- Picture (Три пути) Still image with Три пути as the background song
Why still images and animated you ask? I wanted a gritty damaged vibe for these and with the OGM files the game uses being worse than hot garbage left too close to a burner anomaly by God I got what I wanted. I do understand that is not for everyone though I chose some still images in a much higher resolution.
Before installation make sure you have mod configuration menu installed it is required for this mod to work properly. Now I recommend using mod organizer 2 for all mod installations, but if you insist on doing things the wrong way pick which version you want and drop it into your game data folder. To change version with a manual install you will need to go into gamedata/textures/ui/ and delete any files named “ui_onis_main_menu” or “ui_onis_new_background”
NONE OF THIS IS MY WORK!!!! I did not create these images, the music, or the special effects used in the videos. All I did is create the animated videos using Adobe Premier and convert them to OGM. If you are an author of any of this work contact me so I can either give you proper credit that you deserve or replace your work per your request.
If you experience any bugs let me know this mod is held together by the few hairs left on sids shiny dome and enough caffeine to kill a Tushkano.

It's not a problem. I want to release another update for this sometime in the future & when I do I will give a better description stating this mod requires it.
how do you make the videos in .ogm for menu? do u use any converter or sth? ive been racking my head for a week

Hey sorry I have not checked this mod in a long time. It has been a good while, but iirc I used VLC to convert it. With that being said on the Anomaly Discord ДesmanMetzger pinned a tool to help convert videos
