The stand-alone mod S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly aims to be the most stable and customizable experience for fans of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. It's powered by the Monolith 64-bit engine, a custom fork of the X-Ray engine.
A quintessential pack of essential mods: Nitpicker's Modpack, a Modpack by The Nitpicker.
Haha, just kidding, not really a modpack. Only a collection of fixes and QoL addons I made for myself that previously remained unreleased outside of Anomaly Discord servers. The addons themselves are generally small enough to perhaps not warrant their own Moddb pages.
Nitpicker's Modpack consists of several small addons that address various vanilla issues or provide minor new features that are meant to improve gameplay experience and immersion.
Every single component in Modpicker's Nitpack has been held to a high standard of compatibility. Utmost care has been taken to ensure that each addon is compatible with vanilla and with most other popular addons. As long as other addons do not try to touch the same functionality as a Nitpacker's Modpick component, you should have minimal or no conflicts.
You can mix and match everything in Modpacker's Nitpick. You can install the whole package, or you can install only the addons you are interested in. There are no dependencies between Nitmodder's Packpick components and there should be no loading order issues.

Not where I can test this atm, but does the one labeled "NoInventoryCloseDisassembly" affect ONLY when you break items down, or does it affect other things as well? Like when you repair weapons or armor (or weapon and armor parts)?
I ask because I have been looking for a mod that stops the inventory from closing when doing what feels like damn near anything. I did find Moddb.com to help with crafting and cooking, but repairing and such remain in window closing purgatory.
I *think* it affects a few more actions, but I did it primarily for disassembly (was going for the PDA 3.1 craft and collecting transistors) and didn't pay strict attention to be honest.
Can you expand on what "damn near anything" actually encompasses for you? I could test it and maybe even extend support for other anythings, if not already affected.
Edit: Ah, you already did expand on it. I'll get back to you with info about repair.
Post-edit: No, it doesn't affect repair. As soon as you use a repair item, the inventory closes and a "broken item picker" dialog is shown. I never found it as annoying as disassembly though, not sure it's worth the effort. No promises.
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. :(
Ooooh and it comes with a fomod installer. Very nice.
So the addon can be installed with paws!
But is this compatible with wimpy burer?
Yes, they can coexist happily on the same computer with minimal ill efects except senility, distractability, impotence and constipation.
This seems to be highly incompatible with FDDA Item Take Fix - Take Four, but the pda doesn't talk to you
Yes, but that other one is specifically written to be incompatible with everything in the known universe. Try launching Microsoft Excel, you won't be able to.
But MS Excel does launch, perhaps having all Items take fixes isn't good.
Wow, you're relentless. We can do this all day. You win.
What a master addon! It increases the quality of playing by such a huge margin! Most of these stuff should really be inside the base-game, really! And what a professional installation! It even comes with pictures, to help visualize the examples of the alterations!
This is very nice! What a dream if everyone knew how to mod like this! Props to you!
My kind GabeCPB0,
I can no other answer make but thanks,
And thanks; and ever thanks;
Literally was looking for an unload all mod. You came in clutch
Have funs!
Awesome collection of changes! Love space for loot all on mutant carving - always had to click it before because I didn't want to reach across my keyboard for it.
Any chance you could make a version of the Pistol Equip change for the addon "Knife and Pistol in the Binocular Slot" Moddb.com? Would love it if the pistol defaulted to the binocular slot when double-clicked.
EDIT: I also discovered an incompatibility. Would it be possible to have a patch for Outfits Affect Movespeed Moddb.com? With it, outfits don't show their values with your Stats Display module.
EDIT 2: I also realized that due to the implementation, this mod already works well with Knife and Pistol in the Binocular Slot. It simply chooses that slot if the knife slot is already full.
Thankies for the comment. I will see what I can do.
Edit: Outfits Affect Movespeed patch is ready.

Pssssttt-... Hey, bro! New game needed?
No, of course not.
However, if you feel dirty having played all this time without this magnificent modpack, well...
Cute monkeys
🐒
great stuff once again
Thankies!
I heard you are my friend's Ishmael long-lost twin brother that shares the body, as if you were Warcraft Ogres.
How is it that you are "long-lost twin brothers", despite the fact, you know, you share your body and all?
Did you suddenly wake up from a 40+ year slumber? Or are you a tumour-turned-human-head?
First of all, I don't know what he told you, but if anything, HE is the tumor.
As for your question: All along the college for creative torture, he would party and drink all night and I would pass out during daytime due to, you know, the fact that we share the single stomach.
After I flunked, we had a bit of a falling out and I had to teach myself to always keep my head turned outwards to not have to see his ugly mug. Let me tell you, that was a tough couple of decades. It was like constantly playing DOOM with 40 FOV, before even taking into account the unbearable neck pain.
Just as I was thinking I all but forgot about him, he managed to wriggle back into my life by sending me incessant messages in a sleazy online chatroom. With the advent of mobile devices, you no longer have anywhere to turn your head away TO, am I right?
All that said, in the end, it's family, you know?
Oh yes, that Enter """"""""""""shortcut"""""""""""" for mutant skinning kept giving me light aneurysm. Might as well have been F12.
Loving the bolt saga. I hope one day you'll win and free us of their reign, hero.
I know exactly what you mean. I live in a small apartment and my [enter] key is there in the next room. I can at least reach the [space] key from where I'm sitting by just reaching over and tilting my chair a little.
And don't get me started about the damn bolts. I still have a score to settle with'em. Just wait and see.
Edit: a new chapter has arrived!

Oh wow, that is embarrassing. I forgot to remove some debugging cøde from the script. Pleäse døwnload thë lätest vërsiøn.
We apologise for the fault in the code. Those responsible have been sacked.
I hope it wasn't with an old potato sack, those can be rather filthy...
Thank you, kind sir.
I love you.
🥰
Btw, there seems to be a problem with the character name saves where it permanently turns on level change saves. Just thought you should know.
What do you mean, "permanently turns on"?
I mean I can't turn it off at all once it's installed.
Ah, no, that is a vanilla issue. The engine *always* makes auto saves on level change - regardless of what is selected under the settings.
With CNS, this fact becomes more visible because the game no longer overwrites the same save file, but a different save file is generated for each level.
I see. Thanks, man.
for russian localization will be?
Not likely, unless a kind soul offers to do it.
Small bug with the new FastTransfer addon - it allows you to move objects that normally you would not be able to move (eg. the wallet/psy-helmet/other quest-locked items).
I don't know if this actually breaks anything (unless you lose the items of course), but thought I'd mention it.
That sounds dangerous, I'll get on it right away. Thanks for the report.
Edit: fixed now, please update.
For the FastTransfer: Not functioning at vendors, intended or bug?
Kinda intended, but not for the final product. I didn't have time to test it with merchants yet, so I left it disabled for the time being. I'll enable it later.
Good to hear.
Any particular concerns with it affecting traders? I added `actor_trade_bag = true, npc_trade_bag = true` to the script myself, and it seems to work fine.
Edit: officially updated now. Should work everywhere.
