I overhauled the HD MODELS and my own addons on each faction, i also did various quality and art improvements for this version that are not in my individual addons. some of which include better texture quality and new details on clothing or outfit variations.
As much as i like the diversity of assets in the HD MODELS i feel like the art integrity and faction id is neglected with that on mind i redesingned Sin and Renegades after their "gameplay enviroment" and choose very specific camos. Swamp=Dirty and worn hunting camos, Red forest=Autumn Camos. ofc i took some liberties since this factions arent fleshed out enought in terms of art direction.
i did explore new concepts but i also wanted to keep lore friendly some factions like duty and clear sky. bandits, Monolith, Loners and Military are pretty solid so i just tweaked a couple of things. some factions venefict from realism more than others the re-desing process is no 100% linear

it should work with both as long as you place the addons after the main HD OVERHAUL... but i couldn't get to work the high-tech suit bc it didnt overwrite the files (via addon) you could try to overwrite them directly in the main folder

Yes but you'll have to replace or overwrite "Anomaly's HD Models", after all i used that addon as framework

"Full upgrades" не включает новые наряды от "new military armors" Это проблема

Do various graphics quality improvements affect FPS? (I mean strong or weak,PC is not very good
Most likely, specially memory use. Try disabling volumetric light and smoke also setting the shadowmap at lowest. This are very demanding
Hey, first of all well done on such a huge project. Must have taken ages. I always thought that the biggest issue with HD models was that it was hard to tell which faction NPCs belonged to at first glance. Glad to see I'm not the only one haha.
was curious if this was compatible with other texture packs such as Moddb.com or if the new models prevent this?
Was also curious if you were planning any modular install version of the mod as I find the Duty camo odd since they have always had a lot of red on them but now seem like black is the faction colour. IDK tho, it might grow on me once I try it out

Yes is compatible with other HD models derivated add-ons. You can just add the new files to your main gamedata folder or add-ons folder or directly replace the files on its respective route (SIN) gamedata/textures/act/newgreh
Also HD models is NOT required
Thanks for replying, I noticed that the bandits don't have much changes. Is that because you like them as they are or will they be changed too later down the line?
imo bandits are peak "cheeki breeki" and are easily recognizable... its not probable that i make big changes but maybe one or two things could in the near future

Yep
if you are on a low end pc you can tweak your settings i also recommend you "classic textures" Moddb.com , changing just the foliage got me a stable fps bost
Are the Model files separate for each faction?
Yes, the model files are on the "meshes" folder corresponding to the faction

I already resolved it, its because of the thap compatibility. Thank you so much for work your work, its really better than the original especially in recognizing the factions.

Прикольно сделано, но как по мне не хватает грязи, потертостей, повреждений и т.д. , слишком уже чисто все выглядит, как будто все с химчистки вышли )))

Install THAP after and apply de HD MODELS patch that comes with THAP
i istalled the mod correctly but the only few issues i saw that i can't see the PDA map and also when i start my game (eco) and other armours are not see such:duty,military,clear sky,loners,the first armor novice it won't see in the inventory and also when it is in 3rd person the whole player is completely blue and also many stalker have their equipment and faces blue also faces and body are vanilla too
what addons are you using? im thinking you could have missing files bc of the issues you are describing. but i will check if the problem is caused by something else
