Clear Sky UI Tweaks and MCM Patch (Original mod required) addon - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

I often play as Clear Sky and I like using the Clear Sky UI mods for some flavor, but I was dissatisfied with a couple elements of the mods.
-The main menu/pause menu did not support the Mod Configuration Menu.
-The loading screen did not support a loading text mod I like to use, resulting in text going outside of the text box.
-The inventory screen lacked transparency, leading to a few times in the early game where a mutant or bandit was able to sneak up to me in my blind spot and kill me.

So I sat down and spent 30 minutes fixing these issues. I intended to only use these for myself, but I figured others may want these fixes as well.
