He has released his own fix, it didnt work for me but it worked for someone I've spoken to so your mileage may vary.

confirmed, works for 21:9 also. tho Cobra sight still isn't aligned properly
well it shouldnt. this mod fixes only reticle sights and not 3d scopes like Cobra.
Didn't help, really. And also messed up few scopes that were fine (eg. warsaw pact weapon scopes) [moved them a bit to the right side and made them look bigger).
1920x1080 - 16:9 ratio
If I had every sniper rifle I would tell which ones are still messed, but I can tell that Kahles ZF95 scope (SIG SG550-1) is messed and this one big sniper that monolith carries (Vyklhop or something like that, it is called)
That's strange, you have the original anomaly scopes revision installed I assume. could you send me your:
gamedata\configs\ui\scopes_16.xml
gamedata\configs\ui\textures_descr\ui_ingame.xml
and a screenshot?
edit: you could try and reinstall both this and the original ASR mod to see if it helps
Problem was fixed with update Moddb.com
It's not, and now even this fix cannot for some reason fix that reticle misalignment, yet previously it worked well for me...
I can try and help fix your scopes, but youll need to dm me some screenshots

it worked for me only the visual but when the zoom of the sight of any sniper is at least it shoots for another side (it is not aligned and I shoot) I use 4 x 3 the shot is only aligned when I use the maximum zoom of the scope can you help me pls
