Kills exoskeletons wearer in the South maps automatically to avoid "lucky find" of very good armors or weapons. Also helps having a smoother start with my Ballistics Overhaul, especially when playing Ironman.

DESCRIPTION
If an exoskeleton wearer appears in a map which is designed for the beginning of the game (Cordon, Great Swamp, Garbage, Darkvalley, Darkscape, Trucks Cemetary, Agroprom and Wild Territory), the NPC dies automatically.
Made specifically for Grok's Ballistics Overhaul and Ironman runs in mind.
INSTALLATION
Simply extract the archive in Anomaly folder or install with Mod Organizer 2. There aren't any conflict. Doesn't require a new game. Can be disabled mid playthrough by removing gamedata/scripts/grok_nes.script
CUSTOMIZATION
- The whitelisted maps can be edited in the grok_nes.script from lines 8 to 40.
- The whitelisted NPCs armor profiles (how tanky they are) can be defined in line 265. The profiles from damages.ltx are used (base game file, not included in the addon).
CREDITS
Uses the definition of important NPCs made by hexef (https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/tough-important-npcs-and-companions) to not kill them with the script.
FRAMERATE IMPACT
None since the script is ran once every 10 seconds for stalkers on the map only.
Do their corpses stay lootable? If so that seems like it could cause balance issues.
Currently yes their corpses are lootable.
I will try something later on to fix it.
But most likely they will be fully looted by their comrades and other NPCs before the player reaches them so it's not a big deal.
Their armor will not be lootable with the progressive loot system anyway.

Can you make sure that after a certain time, the exos don't die to spawn?

This addon looks hilarious to me. Its like the zone wants to protect the underdog and weaker stalkers.
Actually if you are a veteran in the Zone, you would not have anything to do in Cordon most likely.
Either way you get artifacts from I searched areas in the North or you are involved in your faction base / faction war. And I let Rostok, Freedom Base and Merc base having exos so it seems fine to me lore wise.
You don't see many exos in the South in the Original games neither.
Hey, but why are YOU go back in Cordon after obtaining exo. Maybe they just wanted to say hi to sidorovich.
Also why kill them? I'm sure there is delete option, just like in debug menu. Prolly, i dunno.
Yes there is and last time I tried it didn't work for whatever reason.
The addon works, it just needs some more polishing.
I'm a Duty but sometimes Voronin or the barman have missions to kill someone in Cordon, Garbage, and other south areas and I'm still doing those mission, even if I'm Legend with +1.5M ru and a Nosorog with Spartan helmet.
I always find interesting to do a hike in the Zone from North to South and back, clearing the world from the bad guys and preventing the expansion of the Zone! Join Duty.

Espcially the start of iron man runs.
You don't want a single exo to **** up your run because he decided to come South / because a quest from Igi Task decided to spawn one.
Because a fully fledged exo dude, you can hardly kill him with a 9x19 or 9x18 non AP ammo with the Ballistics Overhaul - which is the only thing you will have if you play Iron man survivalist or scavenger run.
Now if you play Anomaly during 200h on the same save with 4mil roubles, of course that addon isn't useful at all.
True. My game is on ironman mode, but I still don't have installed your amazing addon (I'm planning to install it on a new game). Maybe you are right, Exos would be impossible to kill.
It just might be impossible to kill someone with exo at start of the game, if you playing with armor pen mod.

Is this addon compatible with Lost To The Zone Director's Cut?
I know this is late, but has this addon been polished up? main concern is if an exo enters a starter area and dies will his corpse remain? and if so will it be lootable?
I hope the Addon also kills the MC while wearing an exoskeleton in the southern locations. Otherwise - no, thanks)
