Is this one file with everything of the Special Edition files? Cause it is much smaller than the three files for the Special Edition. Which parts of the world are covered by this mod? Is it more for landscapes, or for textures?
(Ok forget about it. I downloaded it and read the installation guide. Now I know why this is smaller.)
