Hello, I am not sure if anyone actually reads this. But is there another site I can download part file? This file keeps failing to install whether I use Mod Organizer or even just trying to unzip the textures into the Data folder.
Part 1 failed once but worked on the second time. part three and the update worked like a charm.
There should be an option to select a mirror download from another server, might have to try that to get it working.

I am having an issue with part 2 and update part of this mod: it is causing massive snow flickering on the glaciers while going down from the azura statue. It is worse while running.
EDIT: After some testing I have the same problem with a lot of texture mods. it's just that this one is the first in my load order.
EDIT 2: I figured it all out: any mod that edits the "glacierslab_n.dss" found in "textures - landscape" causes me flickering problems. So nothing to do with this mod, sorry. (It took me 3h to understand...)

That means your connection cut out.
The only site where you have permission to download the file is corrupted. It can only be clown.
