Why you dont shake here with the camera like in QM 1.31 for Crysis too?
It's great to see this mod for Crysis Warhead too! I hope you can make version with Slicer91s Pack too. You could also add this modpack ( 2shared.com ) which has things like High Resolution Foliage (much better than the one in the Rygel pack), HD Grass, Palm texture and Rock Texture. Especially it would be great if it could have a High Resolution Foliage mod (from Silent's I think) because it looks perfect and its in that package.
Also, don't afraid of viruses because its from this popular Crysis 1 video ( Youtube.com ).
I never mod Crysis 1 or Warhead but I think it should be very easy to merge them all together.
