A partial mod conversion of Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. This mod tries to improve, fix, and add what Red Alert 3 missed, forgot, or unable to do.
The Yakovlev Yak-11 "Harrow" is the Soviet answer to coastal landings.
Originally designed to combat enemy ships with torpedoes, the Harrow saw extensive action in the Black Sea and Baltic Sea when the Allied navy attacked.
It was when the Empire of the Rising Sun launched it surprise attacks on the Soviet Union that changed the Harrow's role. In the west, it was on the attack, weakening the Allied navy. But against the Empire, it needed to defend the Motherland's shores.
To do this, the Soviets attached four 35mm ShVAK autocannons to the sides of the hull. These cannons proved highly effective against all manners of ground infantry, and even light vehicles. Despite becoming a highly effective infantry killer, the Harrow still retains the option to carry anti-naval torpedoes.

Ability: Switch weapons
At the Airfield, switch between the autocannons and the torpedoes.

P.S. P-38 could refer to a German pistol as well as an American plane.
Is it back? Plus this is a nice looking plane.
The propeller in the back is a little weird to me, but then again, this IS Red Alert after all. Strange units are the norm.
Look into the Dornier Arrow, the Do-335. Not too uncommon to have a pusher prop earlier too.

Doesn't the Twinblade already fill this role? After all, it can fly, has machine guns and rockets.
Since it is Shock Therapy, why not a Tesla Aircraft? They already have a tank, a boat, and a trooper. A tesla aircraft would make it a complete cycle.
When kirovs get Heroic rank (Golden Star thing) they drop Tesla bombs.
Tesla bombs can disable vehicles,structures and superweapons.
Disabled vehicles cannot move or attack.
Disabled structures cannot do their task.
[PENDING FOR TEST] Disabled superweapons stop their charging process.
