You see them at a few other points in the first three seasons. Watch the scene when Robb is talking to Rickard Karstark during the march to Riverrun and when Robb is talking to Roose about torture after the battle, lots of Cerwyn guys with that appearance (including an axe sigil on their cloaks, gives it away).
Their castle is also the closest to Winterfell, makes sense they'd be there for Robert's arrival.
Technically, there should still be House Dustin and House Reed as two of the remaining major Northern houses that are missing. But with both of them pretty much AFK from the show, there's not much that can be done.
It's a shame though, since House Dustin should have one of the larger armies in the North given they hold the second largest settlement there. And House Reed's crannogmen would make for a really unique force.
Not to mention that the head of the family(Barbrey Dustin) is a Ryswell, the rulers of the Rills which is a large piece of land in the North. So, two of the strongest Houses in the North are linked.
Let's not forget, House Manderly was stated in both the books and show to be one of the strongest Houses in the North, but they were completely forgotten in the eighth season.
Eh if we needed any other Northern Houses (which there's already a lot) I'd rather have the Tallharts than the Dustins (who held back most of their strength for the WO5K due to Lady Dustin's anger towards House Stark) and the Reeds (who mostly stayed in the neck harassing the Ironborn at Moat Cailin)since they were present on every front of the war.
House Cerwyn, included in the update. These guys are in the very first episode of Game of Thrones if anyone can spot them.
Yeah, they stand in the background during the Kings arrival, but how did you know, they were House Cerwyns men? Or did you just suppose, they were.

I see them now, good eye, and good work as well on the Cerwyns in the mod. Do these troops also feature an aye on their cloak?
This is what i'm talking about, perfection.
Beautiful job!
By the Gods! Good job!
Absolutely gorgeous. The hype continues to grow and grow. <3
The helm from first episode !!! Your version of the helm is better than the one of HBO.
