Now, the renewed Russian republic secured its positions as the most prosperous Russian state and the largest state in Europe with trade ties all over Hansa.

Where are the files?
Sorry, I tried to do some magic with conversion saves and editing, but it all turns out very raw and broken.
It's TBD and just a concept/scenario for now, but I will try to do convert it to Victoria 3 when they announce it in May (hopefully), I think it should be more conversion friendly to EU4
