Second off, while the content of this mod is nonsensical, it is still content. He is a content provider, which is admirable considering most people don't even get that far.

It is the same technique used by most Warcraft III: TFT modelers. So don't mind his 2 MB demo mod. read my comment there.
Example? over 40 custom 3D model only requires 6 MB in warcraft III: TFT map called 'Bleach vs One Piece'
Better than nothing. I liked how he imported models from other game and put here into function here, at RA3. however he still needs a lot of scripting.

See the health bars of those conscripts are shown over the flying mod units? I wouldn't think a 15 old years kid could do such high-skill editing, nor would do such hassle to edit if they can do it for real.
Now think again. China is one of the best when it is coming to 'pirate and digital' things only when they want to. So, maybe this '15 years-old kid' is serious. Note I already said, some imported and modified model + bad scripts < better than nothing. Copyright? ==p
I dont want to be an *** or anything but here's a verrrrry important advice for all you kids out there that suddently decide they are cool and wanna have their own mod. Go private for a few years. Learn stuff, frekin mature your brains if possible, and then once you reach a level of thinking maturity as well as a good knowledge of the code and other stuff make a public mod. It's getting really annoying to have to browse through tons of ... for the sake of diplomacy ... childish mods just to find a cool one. So in short ... stop posting mods that look like **** at an age you are just a walking sack of hormones.
@Anubis_The_Dark, dont be such an ***, you gotta nuture new modders if you want them to improve, rather than shout ********, try giving them constructive criticism.
FYI, not all adolescents are crap modders. I'm only 15, and i already create my own raw models, texture completely from scratch, and work with game engines. I'm even working on a Indie game based off the Source engine at the moment.
First of all, i didnt isult you, so don't provoc something you wont like. Second, read my fuking text. No one said kids are dumb. I SAID in a more ironic way ( but i guess you do need brains to understand irony ) that kids lack EXPERIENCE. You know .. the thing that comes from years of exercising stuff and learning, and experiencing stuff.

To be honest with you mate, that's a bit of an ignorant assumption. I know kids who have been coding, modelling and texturing from the age of like 13-14. Just because this guy rips stuff and screws about with it does not mean that it reflects the rest of the youth on Moddb.

Tbh with you dude, i think you should think twice before posting crap. It's one thing to be able to model or texture - which is raw work and its another to actualy have the brain maturity to have a good modding plan. And don't fuken tell me about the youth on moddb, i have to deal with their ”intelligent and mature” comments almost daily. I've been his age and your age and i remember well how myself and every other kid thought and if you actualy pretend to be even close to a mature thinking , trust me you are wrong.
Tl'dr: next time you comment **** try to understand the deeper meaning of what people have to say.

I do agree with you fully 100% first time I made a mod I just made i public instantly and then just modified public and original content models and just change there speed weapons and damage but after thinking about it that I will never compete against all the other mods in the past I deleted it and just went private. (I was 14 then) the first mod I really worked and and made my first 3d models was the mod Tiberian Dawn Redux and I was a assistant mod leader, then I decided to make a april fools joke about Tiberian Sun Redux but because it became such a hit I started to make it an official mod (now I'm 20) in the 6 years I have learned allot I made my own scripts of course had to ask other several generals modders for there help because I'm still in the newbie corner but still in the 6 years I have learned allot of coding and started to make textures now my self I also bought 3dsmax 2k10 and start making animated scene's what started with just some blocks and now ingame content, so to all that want to start a mod go private unless you are private for along time and learned allot in the past big example is HCW (no offens mechgt5) that mod is build on a leaked Halogen mod tiberian sun is also build on tdrx but allot have changed.
