Description
Propaganda Tower has been in the mod since we removed Yuri stuff from the Soviets. But until now it has been using a copy-paste artwork i made long time ago for CnCD2k, which lacked buildup animation or shadows.
Now thanks to EoralMilk we have a custom arwork for the building.
