Roma Delenda Est is an alternate history HPM based mod. There are many points of divergence in this timeline, from the Arab conquests failing to secure north Africa and the survival of pagan European states, to the limitation of the expansion of Chinese culture and the survival of Rome, as a city state, all the way to the 19th century. This mod will allow the player things not usually encountered in game, like the opportunity to colonise uncivilised nations in Europe at game start, to scramble for India and many more event chains. There are some quality of life changes as well, like the ability to take land from enemy vassals at war. Some casus-beli also have reduced infamy and lastly, the AI is twice as agressive. This is a mod with a priority on gameplay, meaning that aspects of the game that do not affect gameplay in a major way, like province names, may not have been changed. I should mention that I didn't make all new flags, and that there is no copyright infringement intended

rome is impossible to play, you just get obliterated by italy before you can build anything....

make artillery ASAP, as soon as you got like 2-3 of them mobilize and rush to take as small a region near you as possible and peace out as soon as they would accept you taking the region. You got tech advantage over them so with a decent general and some careful campaigning as well as demobilizing troops and bringing them back when they're too depleted you can get yourself a good enough start to just roll over them.

Absolutely love this mod. Playing as Rome and bringing civilization to these barbarians is super fun. There are some small bugs i noticed (nothing major) but I'll list them anyways.

Novyorussia has no party.
The culture for The Golden Circle isn't capitalized properly, same goes for the country name of the Vandals.
Everytime I ally someone as Rome, the alliance breaks up in a few days. (Dont know if this is on purpose but it makes surviving the first few years a little difficult)

Forgot to mention, a cool thing would be instead of having conquered land be states for Rome, let them be colonies (through events) and maybe a small buff to assimilation (and maybe have each region have a latinized counterpart to its dominant culture which it starts converting to when Rome conqueres it.)

And thats about it. There are some other stuff also but as you said the mod is more gameplay oriented so it does not matter. Keep up the good work :). (Also next update wen ?)

I love this mod so far.

If there was only one request I could make, it woupd be to give Rome a standing army/navy instead of being completely blank, in order to give the nation a slightly fairer fighting chance and allowing for at least a small amount of early game expansion.

Okay....so....Im playing a game as Rome. I can see why you didnt give them that. Early italian wars with occitania make them a hilariously easy target for an early war, so you can just annihilate everyone within a few years. SPQR for the win.

by the way, i found a bug, there are cores of brazil and bolivia in the province of Tarauca(northern border of brazil and bolivia)

Hi there, I found a bug with China that I don't know if it has been addressed in the hotfixes.
When China gets the decision to "Integrate The North Sea Company", the decision to establish it again keeps popping up. Since these decisions give prestige every time they are taken, this results in an AI China constantly spamming them and gaining infinite prestige.
