Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
Shmel Troopers proved to be a bit too good in certain early game scenarios so they will receive a nerf to their base weapon. In turn, they will now also benefit from the "Advanced Infantry Munitions" upgrade which will give them a new launcher which will boost their attack power.

I saw that you changed the garrison cleaning mechanic, you must now fire more than once to completely clear a garrisoned building (if there is more than three guys in it), thats less OP that way, but still efficent enough to use garrison cleaning weapons, so for chort, it's more balanced...
Speaking of that, I love the USA Vanguard way of cleaning garrisons, by sending a raming plane drone to the building !
