Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

I like the model very much, but you've spelled the slogans wrong. These would've been correct: "МИР И ПРОГРЕСС!", "ВМЕСТЕ К ПОБЕДЕ!"
Agreed. There are non-cyrillic letters in words "проГресс", "ВМесте" and "поБеде". (The large letters are where it's incorrect)

We would had done more elaborate updates but I think that's reserved for more of the radical overhauls.
Like the new overhauled Radar facility for the Russian. Stay tuned on that one 8)

with regards the Radar. Hopefully it looks like a huge radar fitted on a building or something like the Allied RA2 Spy Satellite. and will we hope for the rework on the Air Units?

More like: Peace Through Power!
Not exactly. If you want to say "Peace through progress" you should say "К миру через прогресс". "Peace through power" would sound like "К миру через мощь". Inscription on the image just states "Peace and progress".
And yes, people above already mentioned which words contain mistakes.
BTW, factory is great. Also hope to see some smoke from those pipes.

are you gonna remake the Chinese too?? i am very excited to see what gonna be like!! are they gonna be using light green as their theme?? I see you are using red-dark grey for the Russian, like the theme on the apocalypse tanks in RA2, i think its pretty good choice, cause it sets the Chinese apart from it... these days designing Chinese and Russian together as separate faction is hard...
