Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
The infamous Scud Storm is still the preferred mean to rain death and destruction upon the enemies of the GLA. Despite the low maintenance and it's ease of assembly, it is not provisional like the rest of the GLA buildings due to how it is heavily fortified and it's Scud prep redundancies. Defend it well, General.

This looks like a triple SA6 emplacement.
I do think that the old Scudstorm fitted GLA better,except the automatic doors for the missiles...
Now it looks like scud storm , old scud storm was too modern for thefaction without power plants.

As for the scudstorm. I said that it really does not look like a scud launching site. Apart that it is unrealistic, I do find it ugly. The dirt is the only redeeming point.It makes it more akin to GLA type of setting.

Can it be blocked by avengers and such? Because in original ZH, normal scuds can be blocked by laser defense units while storm ones are not.

thnkfully the scud storm isnt a tunnel,
not saying that i didnt like the idea of GLA buildings being tunnels, just that at first i thoght theyr every building would be tunnel, and that would be to overpowered and repetitive.
butanyways i loved the look of the new SCUD storm (even though it doesnt seem fortified engough for such an important structure, even for GLA)
