5 missions for Act2: Zhukov-Russian Campaign. (Fan made)
PLEASE NOTE: THIS CAMPAIGN WILL ONLY WORK WITH ROTR 1.87, NOT 1.86. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE ALL MISSIONS ON 1.86 DUE TO THE CHANGES BETWEEN THE TWO VERSIONS.
As there has been a new version of 1.87 (2.0) I recommend you use that version to play this campaign. Using the previous version of 1.87 may work, however I cannot guarantee it.
To install 1.87, you must first become a member of SWR Productions, simply go to:
Forums.swr-productions.com
and register in order to download the latest version. Instructions on how to download 1.87 will be in the '1.87 Public Build Testing'. You don't have to be an active member, and it doesn't cost anything. Just use your membership to download if you wish.
You can also use the SWR Community Server on Discord for the link to 1.87 if you wish.
To play this mission, extract the mission files from the .zip file into:
Documents>Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data>Maps
Then open Rise of the Reds, go to Skirmish>Unofficial Maps, and they should be in there.
Note:
Using addons may cause issues with campaign, particularly the mission intros. For the best experience, please do not use addons (your call, I don't mind either way).
Act 2: The Euro-Russian War
The events of Remus City and the Anthrax Pools has led to an event that millions feared yet a few wanted: War between the ECA and Russian Federation.
After his successes in Africa; Aleksandr returned to Russia a hero, and more importantly a General. With his newfound influence he withdraws the Russian army from Africa and moves them to the Russian border with Europe. Waiting...for the moment when the ECA declares war on Russia for the fall of Remus CIty.
You will play this act from the point of view of General Zhukov. A veteran and beloved figure amongst the Russian army, his only goal is to serve Mother Russia. His preference for Tactical Ballistics is the perfect answer for the ECA's infamous defensive and long-range weaponry doctrine.

Finally the third general for Russia's faction this gonna be interesting for sure according from what i heard about him in fandom. (OVER)
well for the second mission it depends on the way you want to complete (specially for the first timers) either destroying the ECA before you do the objective(easy) or doing the objective and cut your way through the ECA (risky). I really love the fact that you used pass choosing (the beacon one not arrows) this the first time (for me) i see a zerohour fan mission with this feature and the way you made it deceiving (i knew something wasn't right i am not that easy to be tricked sorry for spoiling :) ). OUTSTANDING keep up the good work.(OVER)

Contra is so buttery smooth (PredatorBG did an excellent job) that R.O.T.R 1.87 PB 2.0 seams rather jarring to get back to, by comparison, but i do, from time to time, just 'cause of the addons, most by you RDS, so thanks for that, for keeping it alive for me, in the long wait for the eventual R.O.T.R 1.9 release.
Speaking of Contra, I'd love to see you do some missions for it too, and per chance, in the future, even for C&C ZH Enhanced, as the ultimate test of your scripting & balancing prowess.

Rise of the Reds is only laggy due to some issues with certain models, decals, particles and other technical issues that Contra does not suffer from because Contra is fairly minimalistic in it's art design.
Perhaps it is an art style to consider for R.O.T.R, since missions vs 2-3 A.I's (like the last Z.H G.L.A campaign mission "Sneak Attack" by R.D.S for R.O.T.R), end up under 10 F.P.S in 15 minutes or less, and reloading does not help, at least for me.
Something will have to be done for 1.9. Since it will be quite a pain, to play, because of the eventual (R.O.T.R 2.0) campaign, will probably end the same way, if something does not change.

I wasn't going to say this until the campaigns were done but...
I'm not doing any more missions for ROTR, or anything based on ZH after these campaigns. The reason being that I'm creatively drained with this mod and ZH in general. I'm going to focus on Tiberium Essence and delve into Kane's Wrath and a couple of it's mods. I have a few ideas in mind for both. Sorry if that disappoints anyone here.

With how many map you made reddeadsmeg, you inspired me to make one :)
It will be a (very) simple and (very) easy Guardian Angel type of map (if people forgot that mission, tis the one where you cover allied force moving through a predetermined path while pursued) with a twist : very limited number of units available to you, and only helicopters.
The event depicted will be the invasion of GLA Pirate base in Somalia (to be exact, you escort the landing forces)... So yes, it's a naval map, like there's only water as the eye can see (I'm crap at map making, dat's my easy way out).
Due to high seas, you'll find your allies dying very quickly (a nice way to adjust difficulty).
There will be 2 counter (if I can make it work), one for ifv and the other for armor.
Even if that seems unfair (and a tad strange),the gla will have access to US Gunboats and Destroyers (yes, the one which can be incredibly effective against air), only because I dunno how to make default ship games models able to shoot like fireport transports
the lag on this fourth missions took all the fun away. i heard that the eca structures are not optimized. this could be one of the causes. try to do missions with russia vs usa, gla and china. also this mission had the objective to destry all eca structures. i destroyed all eca buildings, including defensive ones, civilian structures that were marked in green color(enemy) and even the flags in the enemy territorry. i captured blockade fortress, i tried to detect stealth buildings, and even after that i could not complete the mission. i noticed you put some buildings in the map just for design that werent destroyable. i think one of them is marked as enemy building in the editor.
The ECA structures is something I can't help, I try my best by reducing lag in other aspects of the missions.
In case you haven't heard, I'm not doing any more ROTR missions after both mission 5s.
Win condition has been fixed. It was a dead object that I thought I had fixed but evidently I didn't :p
i really apreciate your work. dont take it the wrong way. i know that rotr is the culprit for the lag.
So on what exactly are you going to focus in the future?
have you considered ally with carnius to build a better tiberium essence?

Yeah, I'll most likely carry on doing some work on TE, maybe even look into doing some custom KW missions.
i played your prior missions for te and will continue playing the new ones.
At least the graphic engine works better. Any tiberium wars or kw missions are welcome. i usually play with a lot of mods, the best being one vision mod or kw unofficial patch 1.04(beta3 righ now)
About c&c generals game, shockwave mod has way less lag, so some new missions for it would be nice dude. thanks!
