The Empire has fallen and a New Republic is born out of the conflict. But in the ashes of civil war, yet another life stirs...
Sample shots of the new Corellia skirmish map, compared to the original map from FoC. Graphics settings are the same...I played fair and didn't turn them down on the originals just to make mine look better. Both shots are taken from the map editor so excuse the yellow lines that may appear; that's just the edge of the map.
Some new props not previously shown make appearances here. See if you can spot them!
Beautiful.
Thanks!
It's like looking at comparison pictures for the Halo Anniversaries..... Beautiful....
Thank you :) That's high praise indeed.
That map is very nice, there's a word... hmmm, it feels like the SWTOR good.. even though that mmo isn't that good it's mainly silly.. lol
Aka what SWTOR should've been possibly. Though I would love if SWTOR was a RTS instead of a RPG. >.<
Clearly a vast improvement. Well done.
Oh my fekkin god. This is stunningly beautiful.
Lovely! Will the improved looks affect the games performance however just out of curiosity. Thanks.
Yes, the new graphics in the mod will impact performance. However, the impact so far is not significant and most modern computers should be able to run the mod at full graphics. Even my travel laptop (onboard graphics, crap processor, 8gig ram) can run the mod on mid-low settings with rare instances of lag.
Thank you everyone!
This wait is getting to be...long...and stretched out.
Also, a bit curious. Would it be possible to see a comparison of Farseer!Corellia versus vanilla!Corellia on low graphic settings?
Assuming RotM has a low setting.
I can certainly post that when I get home, if you like. Though I loath to change my graphics settings and bear witness to that...abomination.
Mostly just curious as to how much you've managed to improve even the lowest settings.
I apologize, in advance, for the suffering.
I shall endure it for you, most loyal fan.
...I should probably apologize to everyone for making them go through this...
Love the water reflections!
Its Like Magic :D
woo!
