This is a short video guide showing how to install mods using Compelx's new SC2 RVE mod manager.
I have been waiting awhile to do a new install guide, but wanted to wait for a new install method and here it is!!!!

Hello,
When I try to add the Warp Pillars mod into the Compelx Mod Manager, I get an error saying that it is missing a parent mod with some file hash.
The problem is, I have RVE 1.31 (the parent mod) installed.
I re-downloaded the mod once with no success.

How come you were able to add the warp pillars mod successfully?
Nevermind, I found out that I have to re-download RVE 1.31. It got repacked one day ago.
Yep i had to fix the naming on the mod which is why it got re-uploaded again :P haha.

I keep crashing when I try to launch,

With nothing added, my hash is:

To me it seems you have moved the SC2ModManager.exe out of its program files which is why the icon is broken for the side mods, Copy the program files same where safe and crate a shortcut rather than copying the exe.
I haven't moved the .exe, that happens when I launch it from it's folder.
Realized my game is in the wrong drive (even though it has a folder in the right one).
Going to move the game and see if that fixes it.

You could of changed the path in the manager which would of fixed that problem to.
I have the same problem but I do not know how to solve it could they help me?

Make sure you game directory is correct in the mod managers settings this is the only error you will get.
When i try to launch SC2 or even start the Mod-Manager i get an error message.

I don't think your game is inside your CSGO folder for some reason fix the game path in the mod manager settings...

Is there anyway at all to use the Unit port mod without using either mod managers. The new one can't see anything except the sc2 files
there is but its messy and unitport doesn't support 2.0 if you want to use it with legacy RVE i can upload it with support for the new manager just let me know.
everytime i try to install or start the mod manager i get a few script errors which i can run or not,the result is the same,as i can't use the mod manager in any way,no button works.

hi i am trying to install revamp mod alpha 2.0
I installed sc2 modmanager but then i discovered the hash does not match :(. i dont know why and i have DLC installed. i dont remember that i tried installing other mods on sc2..i have this game a few years..
if i reinstall sc2 on steam, will the problem then be solved?
I hope someone can help me.

How would one go about placing a bug report? Everytime I open the mod manager it gives me a crash log, yet still opens fine. I'm only using the newest version of RVE, (including the support mod that comes with) and my hash matches the one in the video. I can even open the game fine, but when I try to start the campaign, it crashes.

That's the hash with the mods installed into the manager.
When I click on settings nothing comes up, have I done something wrong?

my mod doesn't launch at all, i don't know why

The mod manager doesn't work for me and it's rather troublesome to use.
Is it possible to install this mod without using the mod manager? Can I simply copy the two files into the sc2 directory?
I am not Overrated, but I play this mod for a long time now. The mod mangager is a help for people, that don't know how to paste the data correct in to the game direct. It also shall help to switch between mod faster than paste them. Sadly the modmanager isn't so good (in my mind). So I do paste them direct inside. That work much better for me. Rememebr you need the dlc and the origin version of supreme commander 2. I got my supreme commander 2 from Steam and yes the mods are working (pasted. not modmanager)
