The Pandora Vault houses basic research done by Yuri and the Syndicate's Cabalists. Once built the Pandora Vault allows a Syndicate Commander additional technology that unlocks New Units to train and Support Powers to use in the battlefield. Holding secrets regarding the Syndicate's Technology the Pandora Vault should it get infiltrated by Spies unlocks Stolen Tech Infantry for the enemy.
The Pandora replaces the Grinder as their T1 Structure freeing it back up into a support structure similarly to the Allied Service Depot & Soviet Repair Crane
