The Red Tide Support Power is available to the Elite Corp once you've built a Naval Shipyard and a Radar Tower the support power begins charging. Once ready you can deploy a Bullfrog Transport anywhere in the as long as it isn't shrouded. The Bullfrog Transport comes loaded with 3 Spetsnaz. Spetsnaz are amphibious infantry that are similar to Navy SEALs but instead of C4 use Grenades to take out Vehicles & Structures instead.

Yeah needs to be aimed at a water tile. But otherwise the Riptide and the passenger Spetsnaz are amphibious
