Description
Overcharge is a Support Power unlocked by the Storm Legion available once you have built a Weapons Factory and a Foundry. Once Ready Overcharge Boosts the Firepower drastically of any Robotic & Tesla Units for some time within its range.

Support Power you target at your units and they deal more damage.
which type is the infantry on the left, robotic or tesla?
Cyborg Troopers so they're robotic.(Upgraded from Shock Troopers then from Conscripts) Not shown in the pic but Volkov and Chitzkoi also get buffed by Overcharge.
