Melding Einstein’s Chronosphere technology with Yuri’s Gene Manipulation and you have a soldier armed with a bizarre gun that can mutate a human into Brutes loyal to the Syndicate or through time manipulation devolve a human infantry into a harmless ape. In an ironic twist of fate it has often been discovered that when Gene Cadres have been fatally killed they will often be found unstably devolved into the same Apes they've transformed their victims from the explosion of their suits.
